A Photo Contest: "Women’s Vision". Deadline for submissions - February 10th, 2012
United Nations Development Programme and the UN Information Office in Uzbekistan are pleased to announce a photo contest "Women’s Vision". The contest is open for amateur or professional women photographers of Uzbekistan who may participate in it with their photographs demonstrating women and men occupying non-stereotypical professions in Uzbekistan.
Deadline for submissions is February 10th, 2012
UNDP and the UN Information Office in Uzbekistan along with the panel of judges including prominent photographers will judge the entries. Winners of the contest will be announced at a 2-week exhibition honoring the International Women’s Day. Best three photographers will receive prizes.
Photo submissions should be sent to womensvision@gmail.com along with image caption, the photographer’s name and contact information.
One photographer may submit six photographs. Photographs must be in digital format. Each photograph must be 5 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 3,000 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 3,000 pixels tall (if a vertical image).
