GOVERNANCE THEME GROUP

The overall objective of the UN Governance Theme Group in Uzbekistan is to support the UN Country Team in the implementation of the UNDAF OUTCOME 4: ‘Effectiveness, inclusiveness and accountability of governance at the central and local levels enhanced’. This work has been undertaken in accordance with National Priorities: ‘Welfare Improvement Strategy 2008-2010: Improving living standards, including through better governance’.
